FOOD RULES

  1. You can have all your meals since you moderate food quantity..
  2. Drink 2-3 litres of water a day.
  3. Do not eat sweets, nuts, cereals, bread and derivatives, even the integral ones.
  4. Do not drink alcoholic beverages since it is not suitable with the treatment.
  5. Breakfast:
    Free fat milk, yogurt or cheese and a piece of fruit.
    If you want you can drink coffee, caffeine free coffee or any kind of tea.
  6. Mid-morning:
    The same as breakfast.
    Note: If you are hungry you can add fat free ham (turkey or chicken).
  7. Lunch:
    Any kind of meat or fish, cooked as you like, with no sauces and preferably with vegetables.
    Once or twice a week you can prepare these dishes with rise, potato or pasta.
  8. Mid-afternoon:
    The same as breakfast.
  9. Dinner:
    Vegetable soup with no rise, potato or pasta. You can add cauliflower, savoy cabbage, courgette, pumpkin, etc.
    Vegetable salad win boiled eggs, shrimps, tuna, imitation seafood, chicken breast or similar.
    Vegetable omelette with tomato.
    Note: If you go out for dinner, the same as lunch but with smaller quantities.
  10.  Avoid sodas, drink only diet sodas, or alcohol-free beer.
  11. You can consume dairy products like milk, yogurt, fresh cheese, as long as they are low fat.
  12. You can consume any type of fruit, but you must avoid the high-sugar ones like figs, bananas, grapes, persimmon, avocado, mango, custard.
  13. SReplace sugar with sweetener or similar products.

TREATMENT DETAILS

First week

Take three capsules all together (one from each bottle) two hours before lunch.

Second week and following
  • Take three capsules two hours before lunch and again another three capsules before dinner. Do not consume solid food after taking the capsules, only liquids.
  • You must not stop the treatment without asking the advice of the physician.
  • When you reach the pretended weight, or if you want to stop the treatment, you must have a maintenance treatment.

You must walk 45 to 60 minutes a day.
